Business usage

Access to business accounts in Ålandsbanken via Open Banking requires a specific approach. Business credentials, typically used for accessing Ålandsbanken online banking, are not supported for authentication in the bank's Open Banking interface.

Instead, business accounts can be shared within Ålandsbanken online banking with an individual who holds private credentials for Ålandsbanken. Once the accounts are shared, this individual can use their private credentials to authorise access to the business accounts through the Open Banking interface (together with any private accounts they may hold). In the application you are using, select "personal usage" and follow the steps described in the Personal usage section.

Personal usage

For authorisation of access to your account information you will be redirected to the Ålandsbanken identification web service. You would need to choose between the Mobile BankID and the code table authentication methods and follow the authentication steps.
