Business usage

After redirect to CaixaBank you will be asked to authenticate using the credentials, which you are using to access online banking of your company. If you are attempting authenticate using a mobile device with the CaixaBank app installed, the app will open automatically. If you dont have the application installed, a popup will appear saying address is invalid. After closing the popup you will be redirected to a login page, where you can sign in. You are still required to confirm your authentication using the Caixabank mobile application.

Using a different device, you would need to confirm authentication using CaixaBank mobile application, or other strong authentication method you use to sign in to online banking.

Personal usage

The authentication flow and limitations described for the business usage are applicable to the personal usage as well.
